Key Responsibilities

● Lead and manage all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.

● Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals and company values.

● Partner with leadership to support organizational development, change management, and team building.

● Drive initiatives around employee retention, career progression, and learning & development.

● Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry best practices.

● Use HR analytics to drive data-backed decision-making and workforce planning.

● Manage grievance redressal and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.


Qualifications

● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA in HR is preferred.

● 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior HR leadership capacity.

● Proven experience in scaling HR functions in growing startups or mid-sized companies.

● Strong knowledge of HR laws, compensation structures, and talent management frameworks.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in using HRMS tools (e.g., Zoho People, Darwinbox, hrmthread, etc.).


Nice to Have

● Experience working with technology or fintech companies.

● Familiarity with hybrid work models and managing geographically dispersed teams.

● Exposure to organizational design, cultural transformation, or employer branding.
