Our client is a startup (backed by marquee Angels & VCs) uplifting the used two-wheeler market in India. With their full-stack model, they offer a seamless and trustworthy platform for buying and selling of used bikes.

Responsibilities:

• Backend Operations:
• Liaise with vendors and ensure on time paper transfer of sold vehicle
• Ensure proper documentation of all procured vehicles
• Manage Insurance and Loan Process by liaising with Banks and Insurance companies
• Take care of post sales issues reported by customers

• Frontend Processes:
• Spearheads efforts on customer experience side of things. Ensuring NPS measurement, post sales support, customer feedbacks

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in backend/ frontend operations
• Experience in automobile sales will be added advantage
• Past experience of managing a team
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi
• Diploma/ Graduate degree
• Very high sense of ownership and responsibility. Resilient folks with strong vendor management skills
