About the Role:

Our Client, KJBN Labs is hiring a Lead Product Designer with a strong UI/UX background in SaaS products. If you’re creative, collaborative, and passionate about delivering impactful user experiences from concept to launch, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & UX Strategy: Lead design efforts for web and mobile SaaS products. Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive interfaces using design thinking and user-centered principles.
• Product Development: Collaborate cross-functionally across the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch. Work on products from 0 to 1 and continuously iterate based on feedback.
• Creativity & Visual Design: Apply strong visual design principles (typography, color, hierarchy) to create functional and elegant designs.
• Tools & Prototyping: Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct UX research, develop empathy maps, and validate design decisions through user feedback.
• Information Architecture: Define navigation and content structure to enhance usability and user flow.
• Collaboration & Communication: Present ideas clearly to stakeholders and work closely with developers for design handoff and implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in UI/UX design for SaaS products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design process and outcomes.
• Proficient in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
