Java Lead (9+ years)

o Strong leadership skills to manage teams and projects

o Expertise in Java, Apache Camel, and Spring Framework

o Experience in banking/financial projects

o These roles require individuals who can ensure quality, handle complex financial projects, and collaborate effectively within a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Java-based applications.
• Design, implement, and optimize workflows and integrations using Apache Camel and Spring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit test cases and integration test cases to ensure application reliability and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-9 years of professional experience in Java development.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring JPA, etc.).
• 2-4 years of experience with Apache Camel, including route design and integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, MongoDB).
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
