About the Role

KJBN Labs is looking for a talented and passionate React Frontend Developer to join our fast-growing team. You’ll play a key role in developing engaging, scalable web applications that deliver a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and performant web applications using React and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Build clean, reusable, and maintainable UI components
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to bring features to life
• Translate design mockups and wireframes into functional interfaces
• Ensure cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility
• Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs
• Write well-documented, unit-tested, and scalable code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Stay current with the latest frontend trends and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of frontend development experience, with a strong focus on React
• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern web development tools
• Solid understanding of state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand)
• Experience working with component libraries like Material-UI or TailwindCSS
• Knowledge of responsive design, web accessibility, and UI/UX principles
• Familiarity with frontend testing tools (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Bonus Points

• Experience with Flutter or willingness to learn mobile app frameworks
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
• Knowledge of Git workflows, animations (e.g., React Spring), or A/B testing
• Prior work on performance optimization and accessibility improvements
