Role Overview:
We are hiring a Founder's Office Executive Intern for our client DhanRaksha. As a Founder's Office Intern, you will work directly with the leadership team and cross-functional departments. This is a high-ownership, dynamic role that blends Accounts, HR, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Engagement. It is ideal for someone with a strong sense of initiative and an interest in learning how startups are built from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹Customer Engagement & Community Management
- Create and manage WhatsApp communities to onboard and engage customers
- Collect attendance forms, share brochures, and follow-up with leads
- Manage grievance redressal and query resolution during the pre-sales process
🔹 Data Management & CRM Support
- Enter form data accurately into Excel sheets and internal CRMs
- Use tools like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and conditional formulas for reporting
🔹 Pre-Sales & Marketing Support
- Address inbound queries and support the pre-sales funnel
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign content and lead follow-ups
- Participate in measuring and improving Customer NPS
🔹 HR & Accounts Coordination
- Coordinate with the HR consultant for recruitment records, attendance logs, and onboardin
- Assist with vendor payments and employee reimbursements
- Work with the Chartered Accountant for invoice collation, bank statements, and documentation
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle customer and team communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – knowledge of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, etc.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- A self-starter with attention to detail and a learning mindset
- Must own a personal laptop and be willing to work full-time from MG Road, Bangalore
