🧩 About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Python Backend Developer who not only writes code but writes it the Pythonic way. 🔧 What You'll Do

• Build and scale backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask)
• Design systems with clean architecture and a focus on separation of concerns
• Write modular, testable, and Pythonic code
• Optimize for performance, concurrency, and robustness
• Integrate with databases, external APIs, and message queues
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features
• Review code, mentor peers, and champion coding standards

✅ What You Must Bring

• 2–7 years of experience in backend development using Python
• Deep understanding of Python internals, including the Global Interpreter Lock (GIL)
• Strong grasp of the Zen of Python and its practical applications
• Proficient with pythonic constructs: list comprehensions, generators, decorators, context managers, etc.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and async programming
• Familiarity with Docker, Git workflows, CI/CD
• Experience deploying scalable services on AWS, GCP, or Azure

🌱 Nice to Have

• Experience with AgriTech or data-driven platforms
• Exposure to message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Familiarity with domain-driven design (DDD)
