As the Assistant Manager - Inspection Quality, you will play a crucial role in leading our inspection team to maintain the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

● Ensuring exceptional accuracy in inspections by proactively identifying and addressing errors and repeat misses.

● Training and mentoring Inspection Engineers, developing their skills to become experts in two-wheeler diagnosis.

● Implementing effective measures to minimize repeat inspection misses and enhance overall quality.

● Ensuring strict adherence to the Inspection Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with precise execution.

● Leading and managing inspection operations and slot adherence to consistently meet and exceed quality and operational targets.
