🎯 Persona: Who We’re Looking For
A ground-level hustler with strong B2B sales instincts, especially someone who’s handled
channel sales or partnerships with B2B customers / dealerships. You know how to win their
trust and drive action. You’re data-fluent, target-obsessed, and team-first, with the maturity to
grow key accounts while also exploring new dealership relationships across your region.
🚀 About the Role
This is a core supply-side role. You’ll be leading a region in Delhi and will be
responsible for building and growing our used 2W sourcing from new bike dealerships —
who typically receive used bikes in exchange for new ones.
You will:
● Manage existing dealership partners: ensure consistent supply, strengthen
relationships, solve operational issues.
● Crack new dealerships: create a pipeline, pitch our proposition, and convert.
● Lead a small team of BD Associates to execute dealership visits, onboarding, and
follow-ups; manage their performance and conduct regular reviews.
● Own end-to-end conversion funnel: from lead generation to final procurement. Our
inspection & logistics teams will cater to any logistical aspect. This role will lead the
business, lead gen and negotiation end of things.
● Be accountable for weekly/monthly sourcing targets and dealership satisfaction.
✅ What You’ll Need
● 4–6 years of B2B field sales experience
● Prior experience working with or selling to B2B customers / institutions / dealerships
is a strong plus
● Experience with managing team (2–5 members) & driving monthly targets
● Great communication and persuasion skills
● Strong negotiation ability and on-ground hustle
● Comfortable with 6-day workweeks; based in Delhi / willing to relocate

● Worked with/for:
● Automotives & auto ancillaries - Vehicle loans, insurance, extended warranties,
lubricants etc
● Online & offline marketing agencies - Justdial, Indiamart, Real estate, lead generation
packages to B2B customers / dealers
● FMCG - packaged foods, consumer goods, paints, consumer electronics, agri products
etc
● Sector: Any sector involving sales to B2B customers / dealerships
We are an early stage startup and this is a high responsibility, high visibility role. You’ll
be working closely with the founders and leaders. There is room to grow into a regional
leadership position.
