Job Description:

Nouveau Advisors & Education Pvt Ltd, hiring for overseas consulting companies, is currently seeking an experienced Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) Cloud Consultant to join our rapidly growing team. We are passionate about helping businesses simplify complex problems and ensure their success with comprehensive and efficient Oracle solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, customize, and configure Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
• Provide expert consultancy on Oracle OTL Cloud, best practices, and workflows.
• Lead and conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to clients about the functionality and benefits of Oracle OTL.
• Manage full life cycle OTL Cloud implementation projects.
• Resolve complex technical issues within the OTL application.
• Develop thorough documentation for configuration and solution designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience with Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) Cloud, including successful full-lifecycle implementation projects.
• In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly the OTL module.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Oracle Certification is highly preferred.
• Availability to travel as needed.
