Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all clients visiting the counter
• Handle sales transactions, including cash, credit, and debit card payments
• Coordinate service requests and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers
• Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
