We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role will focus primarily on recruitment and office management duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and maintaining an efficient and productive workplace. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee management, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and source candidates through professional networks, job portals, and social media.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule interviews with department heads.
- Maintain a talent pool for future recruitment needs.
Employee Management:
- Handle day-to-day employee management tasks such as attendance tracking, leave management, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist with onboarding of new hires, ensuring all documentation is complete and necessary orientation/training is provided.
- Maintain employee databases and update records related to personal information, salary, leaves, and performance reviews.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning, including maintaining office supplies, and coordinating with vendors for office-related requirements.
- Manage the attendance and punctuality of employees through the attendance system.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and office procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team events, and celebrations.
HR Policies & Compliance:
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive HR information.
- Support the HR Manager in various administrative tasks and HR-related projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
