Responsibilities:
▪ Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers;
▪ Creating sales goals, strategy for the given product, territories.
▪ Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets
▪ Planning and organizing sales call schedule. Create Sales MIS
▪ Develop and nurture Key accounts.
▪ To lead presentations & product demonstrations.
▪ Ensure credit control/recovery of outstanding dues from customers on time.
▪ Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
▪ Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
Requisite Skills:
▪ Candidate should have minimum 2 years of sales experience in construction/
coating chemicals and polymer emulsions, working experience is preferred.
▪ Have a great ability to think critically, understand customer needs and solve
problems.
▪ Confident, assertive and having excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
▪ Excellent client-interfacing skills.
▪ Computer literacy. Should be well versed with MS office application like word, excel,
and power point.
▪ Should be ready to travel Pan India and do business development.
▪ Maintain Data and Present it whenever required.
▪ Must have a two-wheeler and the relevant documents with it as the candidate would be
required to travel locally.
