• Responsible in handling a team of 30 to 40 employees to achieve the team target. • Designing & implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

• Coaching & Performance monitoring of sales representatives.

• Also responsible to generate sales and ensure usage of the entire range of company products by building up strong relationship with existing and new customers.
