Qualifications and Experience Educational Qualifications Graduation&nbsp; Prior Experience Eight to Ten years&nbsp;in handling Gold Loan business operations in Gold loan companies/ NBFCs Domain knowledge Deep knowledge of Gold loan products, Guidelines and&nbsp;Processes Language skills English, Hindi, Kannada Age 30 to 35 years - relaxable for candidates with higher experience IT skills Basic IT skills - Microsoft Office Key Responsibility Areas&nbsp; Financial Achieving Disbursement and collection targets assigned for Gold loan Adherence to cost budgets and ensuring branch profitability Customer &amp; Market Ensuring high levels of customer experience&nbsp; Prompt follow up with customers for regular repayment of Gold loans Process and Operations Adhering to laid down processes and guidelines in respect of Gold loan process and Policy Strict compliance to code of conduct Learning &amp; Development Continuous learning and Certification on various topics assigned in respect of the responsibilities assigned
