Roles and Responsibilities of Process Executive:
• Client and Market Research
• Identify the needs of the customer and give them an appropriate solution
• Quickly respond tothe customer queries related to the products via emails, chat or phone calls
• Communicate with the concerned authority to update bottlenecks in the product so that the manager can resolve it nimbly
• Update the recent customer conversation details and technical issues in the appropriate database for future references
• Handle all product related data works to the assigned clients
• Follow-up the customers to ensure to collect feedback for all technical and non-technical issues which are resolved
Qualifications for Process Executive:
• Should have splendid reading, writing and speaking communication skills in English
• Must have a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have the capability to work alone as a One-Man Army in the Product Support Department.
• Good Analytical Skills
