Qualifications and Skills

• Basic knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with accounting software, particularly Tally.
• Strong ability to manage journal entries and ensure accurate accounting records.
• Experience in bank reconciliation processes to match accounting records with bank statements.
• Proficiency in handling joint ventures (JV) and their accounting processes.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and external parties.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Record, verify, and process journal entries in an accurate and timely manner.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between financial records and bank statements.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of financial reports and statements.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in all financial activities.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts as required by management.
• Provide support during audits and assist with the implementation of audit recommendations.
