JD for L2 Network Engineer - Wireless Support.

Job Profile:

Knowledge and experience:

l Experience of minimum 3- 5 Years in L2 level in Wireless Cisco/Aruba/Extreme Networking.

l Good understanding of Wireless technologies and their working, including implementation of Wireless controllers, integration with wireless authentication methodologies.

l Knowledge of Aruba, Extreme and Cisco Wi-Fi solutions.

l Knowledge of Cisco DNA Center solutions with Wireless.

l Experience in L2 support of Cisco ISE

l Experience in Cisco DNA Space

l Proactively handle all network, wireless solutions or tools as required.

l End to end support for Hardware Issues.

l Inventory management includes all Customer devices under scope.

l Coordinating with vendor for Customer hardware.

l Proactive Monitoring of all the Network Related components and Services.

l Follow the Incident Management Procedure for resolving the Incident.

l Co-ordinate with vendors in case of problems arising due to hardware.

l Overall service availability Dashboard

l Need to support on Changes/New requests/Feasibility tests on best effort basis.

l Help Desk ticket Dashboard.
