Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Full-time Recruiting)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter with a focus on full-time recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring candidates for permanent, full-time roles in the US IT market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for full-time IT positions using various job boards, social media, and other professional platforms.
• Conduct interviews to assess the qualifications and fit of candidates for full-time roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide relevant candidates within a stipulated timeframe.
• Screen resumes, perform initial phone screens, schedule interviews, and manage the entire recruitment process.
• Manage multiple job requisitions and ensure timely placements.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future needs.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on recruitment efforts.
• Maintain a strong understanding of US employment laws, immigration processes (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.), and visa sponsorships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in US IT recruitment with a focus on full-time hiring.
• Proven experience working with job boards such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong understanding of technology roles, skills, and US employment trends.
• Familiarity with US labor laws, visa categories, and hiring practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Stability in employment is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
