Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Proven track record experience in building and managing the Full Cycle of US Bench Sales and Recruitment for large successful companies</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of various US Visa types</li><li>Identifying staffing requirements based on business needs and current employee skill sets</li><li>Identify, source, and place candidates on the bench with clients</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients</li><li>Prospect and develop new business opportunities</li><li>Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices</li></ul> Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:<ul><li>2-6 years of experience in US IT staffing, with a focus on bench sales</li><li>Proven track record of success in bench sales recruiting</li><li>Strong understanding of the US IT staffing industry, including current trends and best practices</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools</li><li>Willing to work as per US timings ( 7:00 p.m IST - 4:00 a.m IST )</li><li>Outstanding communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Knowledge of industry-specific products, services, and solutions</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li></ul>
