Job Overview

We are seeking a Qualified Chartered Accountant for a mid-level, full-time position located in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal audits, taxation filings, and financial reporting. This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage complex accounting procedures with accuracy and efficiency.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have proficiency in internal audit to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in every taxation filing, including income tax, GST, and TDS, to prevent any legal discrepancies. (Mandatory skill)
  • In-depth knowledge of GST and TDS filings to ensure compliance with Indian tax laws. (Mandatory skill)
  • Competence in handling XBRL works for electronic communication of business and financial data. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven ability in preparing MIS reports on a monthly basis to provide insights into business operations and financial performance. (Mandatory skill)
  • Skilled in the closure of books of accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Capability to check all compliances to maintain conformity with statutory requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail for meticulous financial analysis.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management and governance processes.
  • Oversee and ensure accurate filing of direct and indirect taxes including GST, TDS, and income tax.
  • Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports for tracking business efficiency and strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, and internal requirements across the organization.
  • Manage closure of books of accounts ensuring all financial statements are accurate and adhere to regulations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline their financial processes and reporting mechanisms.
  • Provide comprehensive XBRL reporting for seamless data exchange and analysis.
  • Assist in financial planning and strategy development to enhance company growth and profitability.
  • We are having every type of work exposure like stat audit for listed companies and other entities , internal audit, every taxation filing, GST TDS filings, XBRL works, etc.
