We are seeking an experienced IT Executive to join our team at NI CONSULTING SERVICES. As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT systems and infrastructure. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in IT management. The job location is Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The employment type is Full-Time.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company's IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, network, and security.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems, resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and maintain data backups, ensure data security, and implement disaster recovery plans.
  • Manage user accounts and access controls, ensuring appropriate permissions and security levels.
  • Provide technical support to staff, assisting with IT-related issues and inquiries.
  • Manage IT inventory, including procurement, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, recommending and implementing improvements to IT infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
