Job Overview


We are seeking a Finance Executive to join our team at NI CONSULTING SERVICES. As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and providing financial support to the organization. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a full-time role within our HR consultancy company.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and software
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools
  • Familiarity with import payments and export receivables
  • Experience with IDPMS (Import Data Processing and Monitoring System)
  • Knowledge of Letters Of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees (BG)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial management
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Manage financial transactions and invoices
