Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team at NI CONSULTING SERVICES in Chennai. This full-time position involves managing office operations and supporting our HR functions to ensure seamless operations and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Document and file management to ensure all records are organized and easily accessible for future reference (Mandatory skill).
- Efficiency in office and admin operations for smooth day-to-day functioning and support to various departments (Mandatory skill).
- Capability to prepare checklists to ensure completeness and accuracy in all administrative tasks (Mandatory skill).
- Vendor management skills to maintain effective relationships with external service providers for office supplies and other services.
- Experience in records management to maintain and update files, databases, and reports with precise information.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
- Proven track record of coordination skills to support various organizational activities and administrative functions.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle complex administrative tasks efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the daily flow of office operations, ensuring a well-functioning administrative environment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and maintenance of office supplies and services.
- Oversee document preparation, filing, and archive management for efficiency in information retrieval.
- Assist the HR department with administrative tasks related to payroll and employee records.
- Prepare and maintain checklists and procedural documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
