Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team at NI CONSULTING SERVICES in Chennai. This full-time position involves managing office operations and supporting our HR functions to ensure seamless operations and compliance with company policies.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Document and file management to ensure all records are organized and easily accessible for future reference (Mandatory skill).
  • Efficiency in office and admin operations for smooth day-to-day functioning and support to various departments (Mandatory skill).
  • Capability to prepare checklists to ensure completeness and accuracy in all administrative tasks (Mandatory skill).
  • Vendor management skills to maintain effective relationships with external service providers for office supplies and other services.
  • Experience in records management to maintain and update files, databases, and reports with precise information.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven track record of coordination skills to support various organizational activities and administrative functions.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle complex administrative tasks efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily flow of office operations, ensuring a well-functioning administrative environment.
