Requirements:

  • The freelancer will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management on a day-to-day basis.


  • Direct Client Acquisition:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging sector.
  • Identify and connect with potential clients in high-potential sectors using industry knowledge and networks.
  • Sales Execution:
  • Secure orders to maximize the utilization of the company’s 60-ton monthly production capacity.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships to ensure recurring business and sustained revenue growth.
  • Market Penetration:
  • Develop strategies to broaden the client base and increase order volumes across industries.
  • Industry Expertise:
  • Leverage insights into packaging needs to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Proven track record in sales outsourcing, generating high-value orders, and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong industry connections in Hyderabad and across India to deliver immediate results.
  • Expertise in optimizing sales strategies and processes for manufacturing businesses.
