Requirements:
- Responsible for communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management on a day-to-day basis.
- 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging sector.
- Identify and connect with potential clients in high-potential sectors using industry knowledge and networks.
- Secure orders to maximize the utilization of the company’s 60-ton monthly production capacity.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships to ensure recurring business and sustained revenue growth.
- Develop strategies to broaden the client base and increase order volumes across industries.
- Leverage insights into packaging needs to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Proven track record in sales outsourcing, generating high-value orders, and expanding customer bases.
- Strong industry connections in Hyderabad and across India to deliver immediate results.
- Expertise in optimizing sales strategies and processes for manufacturing businesses.
- Adept at relationship-building, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
