Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a CRM Evaluation Freelancer at nicheBrains. The role is located in Hyderabad with some work from home flexibility. The Freelancer will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing CRM systems, communicating findings, supporting sales initiatives, and managing projects related to CRM implementation.

Requirements

• 10+Years of experience
• Proven experience in CRM selection, implementation, or business process automation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Analytical Skills and Project Management
• Communication and Sales abilities
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) proficiency
• Experience in evaluating and analyzing CRM systems
• Knowledge of MSMEs and digital transformation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
