Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in B.sc Nursing or equivalent.
• Valid nursing license in the state of Tamil Nadu.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) and other essential nursing skills.
• Experience in a hospital, clinic, or home care setting.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work well as a part of a multidisciplinary team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing and monitoring patients' conditions, administering medications, and coordinating treatments and procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans based on patients' needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, symptoms, and treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, medications, and treatment options.
• Ensure patient safety by following established protocols and infection control measures.
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
