The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
  • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Provide reports as needed for various Human Resource functions including

Performance Management.

• Conduct audits on HRIS Information.

• Respond to human resources-related inquiries for unemployment claims and other

regulatory requirements.

• Assist with new employee on-boarding and orientation for US employees including

review of all necessary onboarding documents for new hires.

• Maintain & update employee personnel records.

• Maintain & update employee records with-in HRIS systems.

• Conduct verifications of I-9 Forms for new hires and ongoing needs.

• Assist with job postings and updates to the Applicant Tracking System.

• Compile information from exit interviews for reporting to senior management.

• Well versed with various US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc

• Prepare / Assist with HR Reports & Dashboards.


• Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office. (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Advanced knowledge of Excel to include Pivot Tables and Graphs for analytics.


• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field.

• 3-6 years of US Human Resources experience.

• Hands-on with HRMS/HRIS systems.

  • • Should be flexible working in mid shift & late shift.
