Job Title: Chief Manager – Marketing Automation

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Marketing Automation efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end automation campaigns across multiple channels, including SMS, email, WhatsApp, web push notifications, and more. This role involves leveraging automation platforms to enhance customer engagement, reduce drop-offs, and deliver personalized experiences in real-time, as well as for bulk and ad-hoc campaigns.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation.

Qualifications and Skills

- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing automation strategies.

- Strong experience in managing automation platforms and tools, including seamless integration with CRM systems and analytics tools.

- Expertise in building, testing, and deploying automated campaigns across multiple channels.

- Proficient in optimizing workflows for better efficiency and effectiveness.

- Skilled in personalization and segmentation to deliver targeted messaging.

- Ability to monitor campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights.

- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills to partner with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing automation strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Plan and implement campaigns for real-time interactions, drop-off recovery, bulk messaging, and ad-hoc communication.
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of marketing automation platforms and tools.
• Ensure seamless integration with CRM systems, analytics tools, and other relevant platforms.
• Build, test, and deploy automated campaigns for channels such as SMS, email, WhatsApp, and web push notifications.
• Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring minimal errors and downtime.
• Leverage personalization and segmentation to deliver targeted messaging.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Utilize analytics tools to generate insights and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Report on performance to key stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with content, design, and product teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
• Train and mentor team members to build internal expertise in marketing automation.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and incorporate them into the strategy.
• Design and implement real-time campaigns triggered by customer behavior and lifecycle stages.
• Develop strategies to reduce drop-offs and improve customer retention using automated communication workflows.
