Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Marketing Automation specialist for our Chennai location. This full-time position requires expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly in Journey Builder. The role involves implementing and optimizing automated marketing campaigns to support our expanding presence in the home elevator market. Candidates should possess strong technical skills in various SFMC tools to maximize customer engagement and drive sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with hands-on experience in Journey Builder (Mandatory skill).
• Proven ability to create and manage personalized customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong experience in AMPscript for dynamic content generation and personalization within SFMC.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and extraction in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Competent in using Email Studio to design and manage email marketing campaigns effectively.
• Experience with Content Builder for creating and organizing engaging email and content assets in SFMC.
• Proficient use of Automation Studio to streamline and automate marketing processes and data workflows.
• Knowledge of Datorama for analytics and reporting to track the performance of marketing campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Create, manage, and optimize personalized customer journeys with Journey Builder to enhance customer engagement.
• Develop dynamic content using AMPscript to ensure tailored messaging and increased conversion rates.
• Utilize SQL to manipulate data and extract valuable insights for targeting and reporting purposes.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of email campaigns and analyze performance within Email Studio.
• Leverage Content Builder to create and manage a library of reusable marketing assets.
• Automate complex marketing workflows using Automation Studio, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on Datorama reports.
