Business Development

·        Understand timelines, customer/ delivery requirements clearly and derive project/ servicesestimate for business development team to bid for projects

Project Planning

·        Understand delivery/ servicerequirements and evolve clear execution plan with delivery/ servicemilestones

Project Execution

·        Mobilize resources and execute as per project plan.

·        Liaise and engage contractors for manpower/ skill and equipment to complete the job as per schedule

·        Manage site operations. Responsible to maintain daily log sheet on work progress.

·        Maintain budget within limits as per plan for every project

·        Customer coordination to manage any escalations at site.

·        Comply and ensure that all processes are in line with regulatory and safety guidelines/ standards.

·        Responsible for maintaining site inspection document and obtaining completion certificate

·        In case of extension of project beyond estimated time, utilization of equipment and manpower to be monitored and further extension permission to be taken from the management with time schedule

·        Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality work on time

·        Responsible for collection of payments within stipulated timeframe

·        Responsible in the maintenance of equipment in good condition after every execution.

·        Responsible for preparing Daily Dashboard to be sent to Service Coordinator /Manager

·        Deviations in project cost, plan and schedule should be recorded in comparison with original order file (given by BD team) and handed over to Service Manager &records/ archives team after completion of the project. This will serve as a reference document for future bidding for similar projects

Process Improvement & Self Development

·        Develop and maintain systems and processes pertaining to project execution/ servicesand make continual improvements.

·        Continuously engage in self-development and prepare oneself to take up higher responsibilities.

Lead the project execution team and guide them to perform their jobs well; Train them, mentor, and coach them such that they excel in their scope of work
