Project Estimation and Planning • Understand timelines, customer/ delivery requirements clearly and support BD to derive project estimate to bid for projects, considering the following factors o Material/ Equipment, Manpower, T&amp;A, Procurement, Logistics o Historical cost analysis o Study of pricing in market/ by competition • Prepare Milestone Planning Schedule for Internal Customers / Agencies which includes Site In charge, Purchase Manager, Production Manager (Fabrication), resource mobilization &amp; de-mobilization, AP &amp; AR and set timelines / target dates for completion of milestone activities for the above functions/ agencies. • Ensure prompt payments are made to suppliers Project Tracking • Track projects at various stages (like fabrication, mobilization of manpower/ equipment, erection, trail runs, commissioning, de-mobilization etc.) and prepare revisions in plan taking in to account practical difficulties at site in close consultation with Site In charges and Vice President – Projects &amp; Planning. • Raise invoices on completion of each milestone of the project – generate proforma invoice on completion of milestone and tax invoice on approval of the proforma invoice. • Prepare Erection Bill based on material erected at site and obtain client approval, along with measurement sheet and testing protocol. • Highlight critical activities in project execution plan. Alert head of projects about probable delays/ deviation. • Track and report project cost escalations Procurement and Utilization • Track timely procurement of equipment, chemical and mobilization of resources within budget. • Track utilization of resources (equipment and manpower) Process Improvement and Development • Develop and maintain systems and processes pertaining to Project Planning and make continual improvements. • Learn and update knowledge on a continual basis through training and development activities Management Information System • Submit project projection to the Management in the beginning of the month • Prepare reports of any deviations and escalations and present the same for review to Vice President – Planning &amp; Projects. People Development • Train and develop engineers to enhance their capabilities to successfully handle current and future job/ role

Abide by the instruction given by Assistant Manager and Trainee Engineers in carrying out the activities necessary for dispatch, movement and issuance of materials and equipments, as per standard working procedure and with utmost care. • Implement the packing activities accurately and organize the consignments as per the requirements of customers/ project sites. • Carry out in-person procurement or collection of goods/ materials from the supplier in the city. • Follow the standard operating procedures established for stores function and comply with ISO and GMP systems. • Adhere to safety and house-keeping procedures as per requirements and ensure clean and safe working conditions. • Undergo periodic training for enhancing vocational skill levels to excel in current role and take higher responsibilities in the future.

<ul><li>Provide design engineering staﬀ augmentation support to SRNS.&nbsp;</li><li>Primary responsibilities include engineering task analysis, walk-downs, design development and generation of design output documents including but not limited to: Location Plans, Connection Diagrams, Conduit / Block Diagrams, Logic Diagrams, Panel Detail Drawings, Piping &amp; Instrumentation Diagrams, and Battery Loading Calculations in accordance with national consensus codes and standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide technical support to site construction forces, start-up &amp; testing, suppliers or subcontract personnel.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare Data Sheets, Statements of Work, Procurement Speciﬁcations, Design Build Speciﬁcations, and Purchase Requisitions.</li><li>Engineering services shall be provided using SRNS processes and procedures.
