Job Overview


We are seeking a Customer Support - Telugu Profile to join one of our client company. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent support in Telugu. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support
  • Fluency in Telugu language (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Target-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts and rotational shifts


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with customers in Telugu, both verbal and written
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
  • Assist in training new customer support executives
