Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated UI UX Intern to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time, fresher-level position designed for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. As a UI UX Intern, you will support the design and enhancement of user experiences for our talent solutions, collaborating closely with experienced designers to deliver compelling visual concepts and intuitive interfaces.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and collaborative workflows (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with rapid prototyping to create interactive demos and wireframes that communicate design intent (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to construct clean, logical wireframes for different user journeys in digital products (Mandatory skill).
• Familiarity with building comprehensive user flows for web and mobile applications to streamline user journeys and reduce friction.
• Solid grasp of visual design principles, including layout, spacing, and the effective use of imagery to enhance interface aesthetics.
• Working knowledge of Adobe XD for creating visually engaging and functional design compositions for digital platforms.
• Understanding of typography fundamentals and the impact of type selection on overall usability and brand alignment.
• Awareness of color theory and the ability to apply harmonious palettes that promote accessibility and a positive user experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and development teams to brainstorm, conceptualize, and deliver high-quality interface solutions.
• Create, iterate, and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and user flows supporting product and feature requirements.
• Conduct competitor and end-user research to inform UI and UX decisions and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Translate project briefs, user needs, and technical requirements into interactive and engaging digital experiences.
• Support the senior UI/UX team in managing design assets and documentation for ongoing projects.
• Incorporate stakeholder and user feedback to refine and enhance designs continually throughout project cycles.
• Apply branding guidelines, best practices in design, and accessibility standards across all digital assets.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in user interface and user experience design.
