We are seeking a motivated Junior Travel Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time role ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The position focuses on managing travel consultations, itinerary planning, and growing the client base through effective sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated history of building and sustaining fruitful client relationships in the travel sector.
- Travel Booking Systems (Mandatory skill): In-depth expertise in utilizing booking portals and travel reservation tools across transport and accommodation sectors.
- Itinerary Planning (Mandatory skill): Ability to design, customize, and optimize travel itineraries aligned to client needs and budgets.
- Lead Generation: Proactive at identifying potential clients, creating new business opportunities, and building an extensive prospect pipeline.
- Negotiation: Skilled at negotiating rates and deals with service providers and clients for mutually beneficial agreements.
- Upselling: Adept at identifying opportunities to suggest value-added services and packages to improve sales and enhance client satisfaction.
- Cold Calling: Experienced in reaching out to cold prospects, effectively pitching offerings, and nurturing leads toward conversion.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver compelling presentations and clear information to clients and partners.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage directly with prospective and existing clients to understand travel needs and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Use travel booking systems effectively for creating, managing, and finalizing reservations for flights, hotels, and transport services.
- Draft detailed and personalized travel itineraries to ensure client satisfaction and repeated business.
- Generate leads through telephonic, online, and offline channels to expand the customer base for travel services.
- Negotiate with various travel partners and vendors to secure the best prices and packages for clients.
- Upsell additional products and services including insurance, tours, and special amenities to increase revenue per customer.
- Maintain accurate records of client preferences, sales activity, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
- Resolve escalations and address client queries promptly to deliver high service standards and positive client experiences.
