Job Overview

Nexus Jobs is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Travel Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur. As a Junior position, this full-time role requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience in the travel industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, itinerary planning, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Qualifications and Skills

  • Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Ability to source and engage potential clients to expand our customer base.
  • Itinerary Planning (Mandatory skill): Expertise in designing detailed travel plans that cater to client preferences and budgets.
  • Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Skilled in building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients.
  • Negotiation: Exceptional ability to negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Upselling: Capability to identify opportunities to offer additional services to enhance client experience.
  • Travel Consultation: Proficiency in advising clients on travel destinations, activities, and accommodations.
  • Cold Calling: Experience in initiating contact with potential clients to generate and convert leads.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of travel products and services to provide informed recommendations to clients.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and transform them into long-term customers by understanding their travel needs and preferences.
  • Create and tailor itinerary plans based on individual client requirements and available travel options.
  • Maintain and nurture customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate effectively with clients and partners to secure the best travel deals and maximize profitability.
  • Upsell additional services and products to enhance the travel experience for customers.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to increase sales opportunities and achieve targets.
  • Provide expert travel consultation, addressing client queries with comprehensive and accurate information.
  • Stay updated with the latest travel trends and product offerings to provide current market insights to clients.
