Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Travel Advisor who will be based in Jaipur. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for facilitating our travel services and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Your role will involve designing travel itineraries, managing bookings, and providing expert travel advice and solutions. Our ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in travel management and client relations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in GDS Systems such as Sabre and Amadeus (Mandatory skill) is crucial for effective booking and reservations.
- Adept at using travel booking platforms like Expedia and Booking.com (Mandatory skill) to ensure seamless itinerary management.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools (Mandatory skill) to maintain and enhance client communications.
- Ability to utilize social media marketing for travel industry to attract and engage with potential travelers.
- Proficiency in itinerary planning software to craft comprehensive travel plans tailored to individual needs.
- Foreign language proficiency is an added advantage for interacting with international clients and suppliers.
- In-depth knowledge of travel insurance to advise clients on coverage options and secure appropriate policies.
- Strong destination knowledge and cultural awareness to provide valuable insights and enhance travel experiences for clients.

- Create personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences, ensuring all elements meet quality standards.
- Handle booking and reservation processes through established travel platforms and GDS systems.
- Provide clients with expert advice on destinations, arrangements, and travel necessities.

- Advise clients on travel insurance policies and coverage requirements.
- Update and promote travel packages and offers via social media channels and other marketing platforms.
- Stay informed on current travel trends and industry developments to enhance service delivery.
- Resolve client issues and inquiries efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
