Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, attractions, and activities
• Offer personalized travel recommendations based on clients' preferences and budget
• Manage and coordinate travel itineraries, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints related to travel arrangements
• Stay updated on travel industry trends and developments
• Collaborate with travel partners, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to negotiate and secure the best rates and deals for clients
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
