About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Reltio MDM Developer with 3–4 years of experience in Master Data Management to design, develop, and maintain Reltio-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing Reltio MDM, data modeling, integration, and configuration, with a strong focus on data quality, governance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Reltio MDM solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop and manage Reltio data models, entities, attributes, match & merge rules, survivorship rules, and workflows.
• Work on Reltio Integration Hub, APIs, and connectors to integrate MDM with upstream and downstream systems.
• Implement data quality, standardization, and governance rules within Reltio.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and data issues effectively.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery of MDM solutions.
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years of relevant experience as a Reltio MDM Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Reltio MDM platform – data modeling, match/merge configuration, workflows, and UI configuration.
• Experience with Reltio APIs, Reltio Integration Hub, or similar integration tools.
• Good understanding of MDM concepts – golden records, survivorship, hierarchy management, and data governance.
• Proficiency in JSON, REST APIs, and basic scripting for configuration and integration.
• Familiarity with data quality tools and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
