Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Reltio MDM Developer for a mid-level position based in Bangalore Urban. This role is offered as a contract or contract-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Reltio Cloud and master data management solutions to drive successful data integration and quality management for our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient experience with Reltio Cloud (Mandatory skill), demonstrating the ability to architect, configure, and maintain scalable MDM solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Master Data Management (Mandatory skill), covering best practices in entity resolution, survivorship, and hierarchy management.
• Strong skills in Data Integration (Mandatory skill), with proven ability to design and execute data flows between multiple enterprise systems.
• Solid understanding of RESTful Services, with the ability to develop, test, and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs for seamless connectivity.
• Experience with Configuration Management, including environment setup, workflow management, and system upgrades within MDM solutions.
• Competence in Data Modeling, able to design logical and physical data models supporting efficient and accurate data representation in Reltio.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes, responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading large, complex datasets between sources and the Reltio platform.
• Expertise in Data Quality management, including profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and ensuring high standards of data accuracy and consistency.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Reltio MDM solutions tailored to specific business requirements, ensuring best practices and high system performance.
• Integrate Reltio MDM with internal and external systems using data integration tools and RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Build and maintain robust entity data models, including configuration, mapping, and compliance with data governance policies.
• Monitor data quality by identifying data inconsistencies, performing data cleansing, and applying enrichment processes within the MDM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather platform requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver customized solutions.
• Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues to maintain business continuity and data reliability.
• Participate in system upgrades, patch management, and documentation to ensure the integrity and security of the MDM environment.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, assist peers with problem solving, and stay updated on evolving industry standards and Reltio best practices.
