Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer for a full-time position at our Ajitgarh location. This mid-level role is ideal for candidates with a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The successful candidate will work on developing and managing scalable web applications and will be an integral part of our dynamic development team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with React.js (Mandatory skill) for creating engaging user interfaces and single-page applications.
• Strong skills in Node.js (Mandatory skill) for building scalable server-side applications and RESTful services.
• Expertise in MongoDB (Mandatory skill) for database management and working with NoSQL documents and queries.
• Proficient with Express.js framework for building back-end services and APIs.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript ES6+ for implementing complex functionalities and enhancing user experience.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs for effective communication between server and client applications.
• Familiarity with Redux for managing application state more predictably and consistently.
• Competency in using Git for version control, ensuring collaboration and streamlined development processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, high-quality software applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features efficiently.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability alongside maintaining data integrity.
• Integrate and maintain RESTful APIs to ensure seamless operation of web applications.
• Manage both server-side and client-side architecture to ensure full-stack solutions are cohesive.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs in the system, and devise solutions to mitigate issues.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers for improvement.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
