Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in a human resources role demonstrating a solid understanding of HR operations.
- Expertise in onboarding new employees effectively to foster a positive experience from the get-go (Mandatory skill).
- Sound knowledge of employee relations to manage and resolve complex issues efficiently (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in payroll administration with keen attention to accuracy and compliance (Mandatory skill).
- Strong skills in performance management to optimize employee contributions and meet organizational objectives.
- Ability to assist with workforce planning to align staffing needs with business goals effectively.
- Experience using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes and data management.
- Understanding of compensation and benefits to ensure competitive and equitable employee remuneration.
- Strategic planning competencies to contribute to the alignment of HR initiatives with organizational strategy.
