We are seeking a Junior Graphic Design Specialist for a full-time position based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. As a Graphic Design Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and innovative designs that meet our clients' needs. The position involves working closely with our team to deliver visually appealing graphics tailored to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory skill) for enhancing and editing digital images to a professional standard.
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory skill) for creating vector graphics and detailed illustrations.
• Competency in Adobe InDesign (Mandatory skill) for designing and publishing layouts for print and digital media.
• Experience with Sketch for creating vector designs and prototypes with a focus on user interface.
• Ability to use Figma for web design and interface prototyping to improve design collaboration processes.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX Design principles aimed at improving user interactions and accessibility.
• Expertise in Typography to effectively communicate brands’ messages with visually appealing font choices.
• Experience in Branding to develop strong brand identities and foster brand recognition and growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to produce engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media platforms.
• Create custom graphics and visual concepts to support product launches, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives.
• Ensure all design deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and project goals.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other visuals to enhance customer experience and engagement.
• Review design work with stakeholders and implement feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve design skills.
• Assist in managing project timelines to ensure timely delivery of design projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to projects and campaigns.
