Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Firewall Engineer to design, implement, and manage firewall and network security solutions. You will ensure the safety and integrity of our network infrastructure by monitoring and configuring firewall rules, analyzing threats, and resolving security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and monitor firewall systems (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.).
• Develop and implement security policies, firewall rules, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot network issues related to security and firewall configurations.
• Monitor network traffic and security alerts, identifying potential threats.
• Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement secure network designs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to staff regarding firewall and security best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing enterprise firewall systems.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and security standards.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA Security, PCNSE, CCSA, NSE) preferred.
