Job Overview

We are seeking a talented DraftMan for a full-time junior-level position based in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant drafting experience. The role involves creating technical drawings and blueprints in a collaborative environment, supporting diverse projects for our clients across industries.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings (Mandatory skill).
• Strong technical drawing abilities with keen attention to precision and specifications (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to interpret and read blueprints, sketches, and construction documents accurately (Mandatory skill).
• Familiarity with 3D modeling techniques for design visualization and project presentations.
• Working knowledge of Revit for building information modeling and collaborative drafting tasks.
• Competent in detailing to ensure that all drawings include necessary information for construction or manufacturing.
• Experience using SketchUp for conceptual design and three-dimensional renderings.
• Basic site surveying skills to gather on-ground dimensions, data, and site conditions for drawings.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and manage 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to support project requirements.
• Interpret architectural and engineering sketches and convert them into digital drawings and documentation.
• Ensure that all drafts meet industry standards for accuracy, scale, and compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve drawing discrepancies and clarify project needs.
• Conduct site surveys as required to collect data and incorporate real-world measurements into design plans.
• Assist in preparing and detailing construction documents, layouts, and as-built drawings for project deliverables.
• Review and update existing drawings as project conditions change or as directed by senior team members.
• Support continuous improvement in drafting processes by suggesting new tools, templates, or approaches for efficiency.
