Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) specialist to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the deployment, support, and management of Cisco ISE solutions and related network access controls in diverse enterprise environments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Cisco ISE expertise with hands-on deployment, configuration, and administration experience (Mandatory skill).
• Comprehensive knowledge of RADIUS protocol for secure network authentication and authorization (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth understanding of network access control concepts with proven implementation experience (Mandatory skill).
• Strong practical experience in troubleshooting network and Cisco ISE related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Proven expertise in integrating Cisco ISE with Active Directory for streamlined identity and access management.
• Working knowledge of TACACS+ configuration and maintenance for device administration and authentication.
• Demonstrated experience in VLAN management, ensuring proper segmentation and secure access across networks.
• Understanding and management of wireless network security, including policy-based access and threat mitigation.
• Ability to analyze logs, generate actionable reports, and provide recommendations to improve network security posture.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and manage client requirements effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Cisco ISE solutions to facilitate secure network access in enterprise environments.
• Administer and optimize RADIUS and TACACS+ for robust authentication, authorization, and accounting processes.
• Integrate Cisco ISE with Active Directory, ensuring seamless identity management and policy enforcement.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Cisco ISE and related network authentication issues efficiently.
• Manage VLAN configuration and policies aligned with organizational security standards.
• Implement and enforce network access control policies for wired and wireless infrastructure.
• Collaborate with network and security teams to design and deploy access policies that meet business requirements.
• Produce detailed documentation, including as-built configurations, technical diagrams, and security policy records.
• Provide ongoing support, recommendations, and training to stakeholders for optimizing network security solutions.
