Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time, junior position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience in business development. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in lead generation with a consistent record of meeting and exceeding targets (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to manage a pipeline effectively to ensure a steady flow of new business opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to foster strong, lasting client connections (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in negotiation to close deals that align with the company's growth goals.
  • Strong sales prospecting abilities with a keen eye for identifying potential market opportunities.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business expansion.
  • Experience in contract management ensuring all agreements align with company standards and client expectations.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting to project future revenue and create actionable plans.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and profitability in line with company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation techniques.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet clients’ specific needs and facilitate successful project delivery.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors, products, and services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales results and activities to the management team.
  • Contribute towards the development and implementation of sales policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
