Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Architect to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. As a key member of our architectural division, you will contribute to creating innovative designs and support various project phases from schematic design through construction documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit (Mandatory skill) is required for drafting, modeling, and creating accurate architectural presentations.
• Experience in 3D modeling to conceptualize and visualize building designs and environments effectively.
• Familiarity with building codes and standards necessary for compliance in designing safe and legal structures.
• Ability to prepare detailed construction documentation, including plans, elevations, and sections for project execution.
• Knowledge of schematic design principles to aid in the early stages of the architectural process and communicate design intent.
• Experience in design development, advancing architectural concepts into detailed design and specification phases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address design challenges and support project delivery within deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, allowing for efficient collaboration with team members and consultants on project tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, development, and revision of architectural designs and drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Produce high-quality 3D models and rendering presentations to communicate ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, senior architects, and engineering teams to ensure design alignment with client requirements and building codes.
• Prepare and organize construction documents, ensuring accuracy in plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Contribute to design development phases by detailing architectural components and integrating material specifications.
• Participate in team meetings, client presentations, and site visits as required to gather information and feedback for project improvement.
• Perform research on contemporary architecture trends, materials, and sustainable design solutions for project inspiration and innovation.
• Support adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality-related standards, ensuring deliverables are met efficiently.
