Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Admission Sales Counsellor to join our team at Nexus Jobs in Jaipur. This is a full-time, junior-level position that requires a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our team by using their expertise in lead generation, sales pitching, and consultative selling to drive growth and meet sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in lead generation, demonstrating the ability to source, screen, and initiate potential customer interactions effectively (mandatory skill).
- Skilled in crafting compelling sales pitches that resonate with potential clients and clearly present the value propositions of our services (mandatory skill).
- Expertise in consultative selling, understanding customer needs, and offering solutions that are tailored to those demands (mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in customer relationship management to nurture and maintain lasting and profitable customer relations.
- In-depth product knowledge allowing the effective explanation and promotion of our service offerings to clients.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets through strategic planning and a keen understanding of market dynamics.
- Experience in both inbound and outbound sales, managing pipelines effectively, and converting warm leads.
- Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance transaction value and optimize revenue from existing clientele.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students and parents to provide in-depth information about our courses and admission processes.
- Identify target audiences and generate leads through various channels including social media, events, and partnerships.
- Develop and present personalized sales pitches tailored to individual needs and objectives of potential clients.
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client's requirements and recommend appropriate courses.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting prospective leads into enrolled students.
- Maintain an updated record of sales activities and follow-up tasks using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic departments to tailor promotional strategies and materials.
- Regularly update product knowledge and stay informed about the latest trends in education and sales techniques.
